Hathway Investment Nepal Announces 12.632 Percent Dividend

Hathway Investment Nepal Limited (HATHY) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The company has proposed a 12.632 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 12 percent bonus share and a 0.632 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the company had provided 10.526 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus shares. Likewise, from the fiscal year 2079/80, HATHY had distributed a 10.526 percent dividend as well, including a 10 percent bonus share.
