IFIC Bank To Exit From Nepal Bangladesh Bank | To Sell 3,68,27,426 Promoter Shares

IFIC Bank Limited of Bangladesh is going to sell its promoter shareholdings in Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB). The bank has decided to sell 3,68,27,426 units promoter shares of NBB. With this IFIC Bank will exit from Nepal Bangladesh Bank.
Nepal Bangladesh Bank started its banking operation from 6th June 1994. It was established as a joint venture bank with IFIC Bank Ltd., Bangladesh.
Existing promoter shareholders have the first right to purchase these shares. Interested promoter shareholders can apply for the share purchase after the bank publishes a 35 days notice regarding the sale.
