Norvic International Hospital Transforms Into Public Company | To Issue IPO In Near Future

Norvic International Hospital, located in Thapathali, is going to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in near future. The company has transformed itself into a public company. Accordingly, the name has been changed to Norvic International Hospital and Medical College Limited. Prior to this, Norvic Hospital was registered as a private company. 

If Norvic Hospital issue an IPO, it will be the first company in the health sector to do so. It will also become the first hospital and medical college to be listed in the share market of Nepal after the IPO.

Norvic International Hospital was established in 1994 by Chaudhary Group. It is a 150-bed super-specialty hospital located in Thapathali.
