IME General Insurance Company Limited (IGI) is conducting its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 9, 2078 BS [April 22, 2022]. The meeting will take place at Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur, Kathmandu. The time for AGM is scheduled at 10 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Approval of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of 7.37 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Increment of authorized capital to Rs. 2.50 Arba.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company had announced the book closure date from Chaitra 25 to Baisakh 9, 2078 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of IGI until Chaitra 24 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
