IME Life Insurance Company Limited will conduct its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Jestha 28, 2080 BS. The meeting will take place at Amrapali Banquet Catering and Event P. Ltd, Naxal, Kathmandu. The time for the meeting has been scheduled at 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of 26.3158 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Election of director- one representing public shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and the AGM, IME Life Insurance has announced the book closure date on Jestha 14, 2081 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing the shares of ILI until Jestha 13 will receive the dividend and are eligible to participate in the meeting.
