IME Life Insurance Company Limited has appointed Global IME Capital Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). The company has appointed Global IME Capital to keep all records related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others.
Global IME Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Global IME Bank, is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
