Ingwa Hydropower to Convene 14th AGM on Poush 22 | Book Closure on Poush 13

Ingwa Hydropower Development Company Limited (IHL) will organize its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 22, 2080 BS. The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 29, 2080 BS has decided to convene the meeting at Baneshwor Banquet, Thapagaun, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Election of directors.
Book Closure:
For the purpose of AGM, IHL has announced the book closure date on Poush 13, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares before that date can participate in the Annual Meeting.
