Janaki Finance conducting 23rd AGM today

Janaki Finance is going to conduct its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 24, 2076. The venue for the AGM is Hotel Manki International located at Janakpurdham. The meeting will start at 10 AM onwards.
Book Closure Date
The book closure date for the dividend distribution and AGM purpose is from Poush 14 to Poush 24, 2076. So, only those shareholders holding the shares of the company till Poush 13 will be eligible to claim the dividend as well as participate in the AGM.
The company announced a 23.16 percent dividend to its shareholders including a 22 percent bonus share.
