Janaki Finance Proposes 15.78 Percent Dividend from FY 2077/78

Janaki Finance Limited (JFL) has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2077/78.
The board meeting of the company held on Poush 27, 2078 BS has proposed a 15.78 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 15 percent bonus share and a 0.78 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2078 BS, Janaki Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 60.04 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 9 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 46.83 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the finance.
From the previous fiscal year 2076/77, the finance company didn’t distribute the dividend to the shareholders.
