Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (JBBL) is organizing its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 23, 2078 BS [January 7, 2022]. The annual meeting will take place at Lisara Reception, Bhagwati Bahal, Naxal, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Approval of 15.50 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company has announced the book closure date on Poush 9, 2078 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of JBBL until Poush 8 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
