Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) will conduct its 10th and 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 7, 2078 BS (April 20, 2021). The board meeting held on Chaitra 11 has decided to convene the meeting at Hotel Task International, Buddhachowk, Kaski. The AGM will start after 8 AM.
Major Agendas For The AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2076/77
Endorsement of a 10 percent bonus share to the shareholders.
Approval for maintaining the promoter-public shareholdings from the current 64.52: 35.48 to 54.52:45.48.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any future merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the company has set the book closure date from Chaitra 22, 2077 BS to Baisakh 7, 2078 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing shares of the company before the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend.
