Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) is organizing its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 27, 2081 BS [December 12, 2024]. The bank will hold the meeting at Nepal Academy Hall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 10 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Presentation and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2080/81.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Endorsement of 5.50 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of independent director.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the bank had announced the book closure date on Mangsir 9, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of GBIME until Mangsir 6 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
