Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank is going to conduct its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 17, 2076. The venue for the AGM is Amritbhog located at Kalikasthan, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The Annual meeting will start from 11 AM onwards.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & Approval of Financial Reports of the Fiscal Year 2075/76.
Endorsement of 6.8 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of Auditor for the Fiscal Year 2076/77.
Delegation of Authority to the Board of Directors for any Merger or Acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
The book closure date for the dividend distribution and AGM purpose is Mangsir 30, 2076. So, only those investors purchasing/holding the shares of the company till Mangsir 29 will be eligible to claim the dividend as well as participate in the AGM.
