Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank is going to conduct its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 30, 2081 BS. The venue for the AGM is located at Lishara Reception, Bhagawati Bahal, Kathmandu. The Annual meeting will start from 10:30 AM onwards.
Major Agendas of the AGM are:
Discussion & Approval of Financial Reports of the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
Endorsement of 12 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of Auditor for the Fiscal Year 2081/82.
To Issue Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Share.
Book Closure Date:
The book closure date for the dividend distribution and AGM purpose is Ashwin 15, 2081 BS. So, only those investors purchasing/holding the shares of the company till Ashwin 14 will be eligible to claim the dividend as well as participate in the AGM.
