Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBSL) is going to convene its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Jestha 28, 2079 BS. The meeting will take place at the Dhangadi, Kailali after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Approval of 20 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Delegation of authority to Board of Directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and annual meeting, KLBSL had fixed the book closure date on Jestha 20, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of KLBSL until Jestha 19 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the AGM.
