Liberty Energy Company Limited (LEC) is going to conduct its 11th, 12th and 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 25, 2080 BS. The meeting will take place at Amritbhog Caterers, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2076/77, 2077/78 and 2078/79.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Election of directors-5 representing promoter shareholders and 1 representing public shareholders.
Appointment of independent director.
Issue of 2:1 right share.
Book Closure Date:
For the AGM purpose, the company has fixed the book closure date on Baisakh 11, 2080 BS. The investors purchasing/holding the shares of the company before the book closure date will be eligible to participate in the annual meeting.
