Aviyan Hydropower To Survey 18.73 MW Lower Badigad Hydropower Project

Aviyan Hydropower Pvt. Ltd is planning to develop Lower Badigad Hydropower Project in Gulmi district. The company has received the permission from the Department of Electricity Development to survey the project.
The Department granted the survey license to the company on Karthik 6, 2079 BS. The survey license is valid until Karthik 5, 2081 BS.
Lower Badigad Hydropower Project is a Run of the River type project with an installed capacity of 18.73 MW. The project will be located in Badigad Rural Municipality of Baglung District and Paudi Amarahi of Gulmi District.
After completing the survey within the given time period, the company can then apply for the construction permit.
