Mahuli Laghubitta Merges With Navakiran Laghubitta | Joint Operation From Mangsir 8

Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) has completed successful merger with Navakiran Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Both the microfinance will start the joint operation from Mangsir 8, 2077. The joint transaction will be in the name of ‘Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited’.

The two microfinance provided the approval from their respective SGM held on Baisakh 17, 2077. Likewise, Nepal Rastra Bank and Office of Company Registrar provided the final approval for the merger on Karthik 19 and Karthik 24, 2077 respectively.
Mahuli Laghubitta operates in 15 districts while Navakiran Laghubitta is a national level microfinance company. The location of the head office of the merged entity will be at Mahuli, Saptari. On the other hand, the current head office of Navakiran Laghubitta which is located at Dhulikhel will be made the provincial office of Bagmati Province.
