Mai Khola Hydropower Appoints Prabhu Capital As Registrar To Share (RTS)

Mai Khola Hydropower Company Limited has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS). For this purpose, an agreement has been reached between the two companies.
As per the agreement, the hydropower company will hand over all the share-related works (RTS) such as share issue, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others to Prabhu Capital Limited.
Prabhu Capital Limited is the subsidiary company of Prabhu Bank Limited. It is a licensed merchant banker from the Securities Board of Nepal. It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depositary Participant, and Portfolio Management Services.
Mai Khola Hydropower Company is currently operating a 3 MW Super Mai Cascade Hydropower Project in Illam District.
