Manakamana Smart Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MKLB) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, the microfinance had distributed a 5 percent dividend, including a 4.75 percent bonus share. Likewise, in the fiscal year 2077/78, the company had distributed a 17 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.
At the end of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Manakamana Smart Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 14.84 crores. After the inclusion of the proposed bonus share, the capital will rise to Rs 15.54 crores.
