Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited as the Registrar To Share (RTS) to be effective from Bhadra 7, 2078 BS. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited will now keep records of Manushi Laghubitta related to securities trading, registration of shares, transfer of name, and others.

It provides various services such as Issue Management, Security Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares (RTS), Depository Participant (DP), and Portfolio Management Services.
Manushi Laghubitta is a ‘D’ class national level microfinance of Nepal licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. The head office is located at Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk.
