M.A. Power To Survey 90 MW Marsyangdi River PRoR Hydropower Project

M.A. Power Pvt. Ltd. is planning to develop Marsyangdi River PRoR Hydropower Project in the Gorkha and Tanahu district. The company has received the permission from the Department of Electricity Development to survey the project.
The Department granted the survey license to the company on Bhadra 8, 2079 BS. The survey license is valid until Bhadra 7, 2081 BS.
Marsyangdi River PRoR Hydropower Project is a Peaking Run of the River type project with an installed capacity of 40 MW. The project will be located in Palungtar Municipality of Gorkha District and Bhanu Municipality of Tanahu District.
After completing the survey within the given time period, the company can then apply for the construction permit.
