Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Approval of 21.05263 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Issue of 1:1 Right Share that amounts to Rs. 20 crores.
