Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MERO) is going to conduct its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Magh 6, 2079 BS. The meeting will take place at Crown Hotel Harati, Nuwakot after 11:30 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Discussion and approval of the financial statements of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of 20 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Delegation of authority to Board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, Mero Microfinance had announced the book closure date on Poush 22, 2079 BS. Investors purchasing shares of MERO until Poush 21 will receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
