Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) will conduct its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on February 26, 2024 [Falgun 14, 2080 BS]. The annual meeting will take place at Hotel Sarathi, Kavre. The time for AGM is scheduled after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2079/80 presented by the chairman.
Conversion of promoter shares to ordinary shares.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Election of directors: 4 representing promoter shareholders and 2 representing public shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the company has set the book closure date from Falgun 4, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the shares of MMFDB until Falgun 3 can participate in the annual meeting.
