Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) is going to conduct its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 30, 2079 BS. The board of directors meeting held on Poush 8 has decided to convene the AGM at Hotel Pokhara Grande, Birauta, Pokhara after 10 AM.

Discussion over the financial report of FY 2078/79 presented by the chairman.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval of 14.21 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Delegation of authority to the board of directors for any merger or acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the bank has set the book closure date on Poush 20, 2079 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing shares of MNBBL until Poush 19 are eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the AGM.
