Muktinath Bikas Bank distributed 150 percent dividend in 5 years. How much will the company announce this year?

Muktinath Bikas Bank, the leading development bank of Nepal is yet to announce the dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2075/76. The company has made a profit of Rs. 85.32 crores in the last fiscal year. This is 37 percent higher than the profit of the previous fiscal year.

The Development Bank has distributed almost 150 percent dividend in the last 5 years period. See the dividend distribution in the table below:

Muktinath Bikas Bank current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 306.48 crores. The company has a distributable profit of Rs. 58.70 crores. So, the dividend-paying capacity of the bank is 19 percent. Investors can expect a dividend between 15-19 percent this year. Since the bank is oriented towards increasing the capital, the distribution of dividend will be probably in the form of bonus shares.
