Muktinath Bikas Bank to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL), the leading national-level development bank of Nepal, has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the bank has decided to retain all the profit from the fiscal year 2080/81 and skip the dividend.
The bank has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Muktinath Bikas Bank had distributed a 10.2632 percent dividend including a 9.75 percent bonus share and 0.7105 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, the development bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 7.04 Arba.
