Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited has launched a virtual (online) support service called ‘Ask Mukti Bhai’ through its website to promote digital media and facilitate customers. Through this virtual support, customers will be able to get information about the bank’s products and services. This chatbot service will provide information regarding the customers’ inquiries quickly and easily.
This service will be available 24 hours a day for those who have internet access. Based on artificial intelligence, this chatbot service has been brought into operation with the latest method of digital banking.
The service can be accessed by going to the bank’s website on the right or by clicking on the bank’s mascot ‘Mukti Bhai’ and typing there.
In order to encourage digital transactions, the Development Bank has also made a provision to withdraw money from the ATMs of any bank under Visa Network free of cost. Similarly, mobile banking, QR code scan, online loan application, online account opening, internet banking, remittance deposit in the account, etc. can be done from home without attending the bank branch.
