Nabil Bank Calls Special AGM On Ashad 5 To Finalize Acquisition Of United Finance

Nabil Bank Limited has announced that it will convene the Special General Meeting (SGM) on Ashad 5, 2078 BS [June 19, 2021]. The meeting will take place at the bank’s head office, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu after 11 AM through the virtual medium.
The major agenda for the SGM is to finalize the acquisition of United Finance Limited. The meeting will provide the final approval for the acquisition. The share swap ratio of 1:0.35 will also be endorsed through the meeting.
For further merger/acquisition decision, the bank has put forward the proposal of providing the authority to the board of directors of the bank.
The bank has fixed the book closure date on Jestha 28, 2078 BS for the Special General Meeting.
