NBI To Provide Training To Rastriya Banijya Bank Employees

An agreement has been reached between Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited and National Banking Institute Limited (NBI) to conduct banking training. In order to enhance the efficiency of the employees of Rastriya Banijya Bank, NBI has agreed to provide regular banking training in various subjects.

The agreement was signed by Kiran Kumar Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bank and Kumar Lamsal, Chief Executive Officer of NBI. After the signing, the bank’s chief executive officer Shrestha said that the bank was regularly training its employees to achieve its objectives.

He said that the efficiency of both the trainees and the organization would be enhanced after the training. Chief Executive Officer of the Institute, Lamsal, said that Rastriya Banijya Bank has been giving training priority to its employees in the banking sector. He said that this would increase the productivity of the organization.
