Neco Insurance Company Limited (NIL) is conducting its 28th Annual General Meeting on Magh 12, 2080 BS [January 26, 2024]. The meeting will take place at Lisara Receptions, Naxal, Kathmandu. The time for the AGM is scheduled after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
No dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Election of directors-2 representing promoter shareholders and 3 representing public shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the AGM, the company had announced the book closure date on Magh 2, 2080 BS. Therefore, investors purchasing/holding the shares of NIL until Magh 1, 2080 BS can participate in the Annual Meeting.
