Neco Insurance to Skip Dividend From FY 2079/80

Neco Insurance Company Limited (NIL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The company has decided not to distribute any dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80 for approval from Nepal Insurance Authority after which it will be presented to the upcoming AGM of the company.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, NIL has a paid-up capital of Rs. 201.23 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Neco Insurance had distributed a 15.79 percent dividend to the shareholders, including a 15 percent bonus share.
