Neco Insurance Proposes 15.79 Percent Dividend from FY 2081/82

Neco Insurance Company Limited (NIL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The company has proposed a 15.7894 percent dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year. The total dividend includes a 3 percent bonus share and a 12.7894 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The company has sent the financial statements of the fiscal year 2080/81 for approval from Nepal Insurance Authority after which it will be presented to the upcoming AGM of the company.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, NIL has a paid-up capital of Rs. 269.15 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Neco Insurance distributed a 7.3684 percent dividend to the shareholders, including a 7 percent bonus share.
