Nepal Hydro Developers Conducting 17th AGM Today | To Endorse 7.37 Percent Dividend

Nepal Hydro Developers Limited (NHDL) will convene its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 12, 2080 BS. The meeting will take place at Lisara Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
The annual meeting will approve the financial reports of the fiscal year 2079/80. Likewise, it will endorse a 7.37 percent dividend proposed to the shareholders.
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company had announced the book closure date on Mangsir 25, 2080 BS. Therefore, investors purchasing shares until Mangsir 24 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
