Nepal Investment Mega Bank to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the bank has decided to retain all the profit from the fiscal year 2079/80 and skip the dividend.
The bank has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Nepal Investment Mega Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 34.12 Arba.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80 as well, NIMB didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2078/79, the bank had distributed an 11 percent dividend, including a 4 percent bonus share and a 7 percent cash dividend.
