Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) is going to conduct its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 15, 2080 BS. The meeting will take place at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu after 11:30 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of 5 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Election of 2 directors.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and the AGM, NRIC had announced the book closure date on Ashad 7, 2080 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing the shares of NRIC until Ashad 6 will receive the dividend and are eligible to participate in the meeting.
