Nerude Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NLBBL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders and retain profits from the last fiscal year.
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Nerude Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 73.20 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Nerude Laghubitta had distributed a 23.1579 percent dividend, including a 22 percent bonus share and a 1.1579 percent cash dividend.
