NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NESDO) is going to convene its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 31, 2079 BS [July 15, 2022]. The meeting will take place at the company’s head office, Kusma, Parbat after 1 PM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Election of 2 directors representing public shareholders.
Delegation of authority to Board of Directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and annual meeting, KLBSL had fixed the book closure date from Ashad 23 to Ashad 31, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of NESDO until Ashad 22 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
