NMB Laghubitta is going to conduct its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 10, 2021 [Poush 26, 2078 BS]. The meeting will take place at Pokhara Grande Hotel, Pokhara after 11 AM.
Major Agendas
Discussion and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Endorsement of a 22.63 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decision.
Book Closure Date
For dividend distribution and AGM purposes, the company has announced the book closure date from Poush 9 to Poush 26, 2078 BS. Therefore, investors holding/purchasing shares until Poush 8 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
