Panchthar Power Company Proposes 7 Percent Cash Dividend

Panchthar Power Company Limited (PPCL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 22 2079 BS has proposed a 7 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 7 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes). The company is planning to distribute Rs 6.73 crores worth of dividends.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 B.S., PPCL has a paid-up capital of Rs. 96.25 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
