Samling Power Company To Skip Dividend From FY 2078/79

Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) has informed about the dividend decision to the shareholders.
The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 21, 2079 BS has decided to skip the dividend to the shareholders from the fiscal year 2078/79.
Since the company is currently operating at a loss, it has neither proposed bonus share or cash dividend.
The company is constructing a 9.51 MW Mai-Beni Hydropower Project in the Illam district.
As of Ashad’s end 2079 B.S., Samling Power Company has a paid-up capital of Rs. 50 crores.
The company is planning to organize its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 21, 2079 BS.
