Patihani Resort About To Operate In Chitwan With One Billion Investment

The Patihani resort is about to be operated in Patihani of Chitwan with an investment of Rs. one billion. It is a five-star resort located in the riparian area of Rapti river. According to Rishi Neupane, managing director of the resort, the resort has been built with the investment of 22 entrepreneurs from across the country. So far, Rs. 750 million has been invested. According to Neupane, Rs. 1 billion would be spent on completing all the works.
The resort has seven state-of-the-art villas. Two of these villas will have swimming pools. He informed that these villas have been built to accommodate the heads of state while organizing the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) summit.
The resort has 52 other rooms. There are one hall with 500 seats, two with 150 seats and four with 100 seats. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 500 people. There is also a well-equipped bar with a capacity of 250 seats. The resort has a separate building for the casino.
