Pokhara Finance To Provide 4.21 Percent Dividend From FY 2078/79

Pokhara Finance Company Limited (PFL) has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board meeting of the finance held on Poush 4, 2079 BS has declared a 4.21 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 4 percent bonus share and a 0.21 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Pokhara Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 104.09 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 4.16 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 21.85 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78, PFL had distributed an 8.50 percent dividend, including an 8.075 percent bonus shares. Similarly, in the fiscal year 2076/77, the company had provided a 5.263 percent dividend to the shareholders out of which 5 percent was bonus share. Likewise, in the 2075/76, Pokhara Finance had distributed a 14.20 percent dividend, including a 7 percent bonus share and a 7.20 percent cash dividend.
