Prabhu Digital Pvt. Ltd. Transforms Into A Public Limited Company

Prabhu Digital Pvt. Ltd. under Prabhu Group will be operated as a public company. The company, which has obtained license for service including internet-email service from Nepal Telecommunication Authority, will now operate as a public limited company.
The company has stated that the Telecommunication Authority has given permission for the transition into Prabhu Digital Limited as a public limited company instead of Prabhu Digital Private Limited. Prabhu Digital has already amended the name as Prabhu Digital Limited from the office of the Company Registrar.
The company has stated that the after the name change and transformation into a public limited company, it has also open the way for the company to issue public shares.
