Prabhu Insurance To Convene 26th AGM On Chaitra 30 | To Distribute 11.58 Percent Dividend

Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN) is organizing its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 30, 2078 BS [13 April 2022). The meeting will take place at Prabhu Complex, Tinkune, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
The chairman of the board will present the financial reports of fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting will also appoint the auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Prabhu Insurance has proposed 11.58 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 2077/78.
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders’ registration book will remain closed on Chaitra 17, 2078 BS [March 31, 2022]. So, the investors purchasing shares of PRIN until Chaitra 16 will receive the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
