Premier Insurance Conducting 29th AGM Today | To Endorse Merger & 15 Percent Dividend

Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC) is going to convene its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2079 BS. The annual meeting will take place at Lisara Reception, Bhagwati Bahal, Naxal, Kathmandu. The meeting will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Approval of financial report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of 15 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Approval for the merger with Siddhartha Insurance Company Limited at a share swap ratio of 1:1.
To commence joint operation after merger in the name of ‘Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited’.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company had announced the book closure date on Poush 22, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors holding/purchasing shares until Poush 21 will receive the dividend and can participate in the meeting.
