Nepal Bank Organizing 63rd AGM Today | To Approve 12 Percent Dividend

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) is going to conduct its 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2079 BS. The Annual Meeting will take place at Nepal Bank’s Head Office, Dharmapath, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for AGM:
Discussion and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
Endorsement of a 12 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Book Closure Date:
For the distribution of dividend and AGM purpose, Nepal Bank has fixed the book closure date on Poush 14, 2079 BS. Therefore, the investors purchasing/holding shares of NBL until Poush 13 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
