NRB Approves 6.3158 Percent Dividend Of Progressive Finance

Nepal Rastra Bank has provided the approval for the proposed dividend of Progressive Finance Company Limited (PFL).
The finance has declared a 6.3158 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 6 percent bonus share and a 0.3158 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). The proposed dividend is from the fiscal year 2077/78.
Previously, PFL had proposed a 7.3684 percent dividend, including a 7 percent bonus share and a 0.3684 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2078 BS, Progressive Finance has a paid-up capital of Rs 80.01 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 4.80 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 25.25 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
