Kalika Power Company Declares 7.3684 Percent Dividend

Kalika Power Company Limited (KPCL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Poush 7, 2081 BS has proposed a 7.3684 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 7 percent bonus share and a 0.3684 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 B.S., Kalika Power Company has a paid-up capital of Rs. 87.28 crores. After the adjustment of the proposed bonus share, the capital will increase to Rs. 93.39 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the company had distributed a 10.5263 percent dividend, including a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.5263 percent cash dividend.
Likewise, from the fiscal year 2078/79, KPCL had provided a 15.7895 percent dividend, including a 15 percent bonus share. Similarly, from the FY 2077/78, the hydropower company had distributed a 15.7895 percent dividend including a 15 percent bonus share and a 0.7895 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
