Public Issue Worth Rs. 30.35 Billion Approved By SEBON In 2022/23

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has provided approval for the public issue worth Rs 30.35 billion in the current  fiscal year 2022/23 [2079/80]. Altogether, Sebon has approved the issue of 48 companies. Of them, one company received the approval to issue the right share. 26 companies got permission from Sebon to sell ordinary shares or IPO to the general public. Likewise, 11 new mutual fund schemes along with debentures of 10 companies also received the final approval from Sebon.

The public issue amount approved by the Securities Board include:

1. Right Share: Rs 0.95 Billion

2. Ordinary Share: Rs 6.04 Billion

3. Mutual Funds: Rs 12.15 Billion

4. Debenture: Rs 11.2 Billion
