Rastriya Banijya Bank To Provide Payment Through POS

Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has started payment service through Point of Sale (POS) from all branches in view of Dashain-Tihar and other festivals. The bank has started the service with the objective of making the electronic payment system comprehensive and effective.
While paying through RBB Bank’s POS from Rastriya Banijya Bank’s card, one will receive the cash-back of 15 percent of transaction amount or Rs 1000 which ever is less.
Kiran Kumar Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of the bank, said that the electronic payment system can be helpful even to stay away from the COVID-19 infection and the customers, service recipients and the society as a whole will benefit from such a system. The bank has been providing services through 241 branch offices, 205 ATMs and 93 branchless banking in 77 districts.
